2010 Mobile World Congress in Shanghai will present a special panel on Mobile Marketing Evolution to address this increasingly important topic in the mobile applications and services. Ordered by China government to support Shanghai EXPO, especially to low down the traffics in the beginning month of EXPO (May), the WMC/MWC committee decided to postpone the 2010 event from May 2010 to October 2010 to strongly support Shanghai EXPO.

China 4G Lab hosted an important seminar on  "Effective 4G IPR Protection in China and Abroad" on 2009.12.14 in Shanghai. Over 50 technical experts and IP experts attended this seminar, and all agreed that an effective IPR protection is the most critical issue in 4G R&D.
