Meeting rooms for individual press briefings will be available by reservation in the Press Center during the event. You may submit a meeting room request as early as December 15th, 2008 by contacting Susan Cox. Please include the following information in your request:

The Press Center may only be used by registered exhibitors, representatives, press and analysts. For each meeting, one attendee must be registered as press (journalist/analyst) and the other must be a registered exhibitor. For more information, please contact Susan Cox.
